a few days only, for the public service and I now ask as an exceptional favour that I may be allowed the ordinary accumulated vacation leave to be taken at the most convenient time in the next Summer to enable me to go to Australia or elsewhere.
I readily gave all my time to the public service when I was alone but now that our Justice Snowden is here with powers by Ordinance to act on my stead, the leave can be given to me without the least detriment to the public service. He has kindly undertaken to take all the duties (which for 2 years I undertook alone) during my absence.
